Cancellation/Transfer Policy:
Cancellations/transfers must be in writing. Please go to www.piaga.com to access the online form.

No shows will not be refunded or transferred.

If cancellation/transfer fee is incurred, remaining balance may be transferred to another
PIA of GA program within same calendar year or refunded. (See below for specifics by program type.) -
You may substitute an eligible person for the same event at any time at no charge with
notification prior to the event.
CIC Program: Cancellations/Transfers received within seven (7) calendar days of a CIC program's
start
date will incur a $75 fee. Cancellations/Transfers made after 12 p.m. noon on the Monday
prior to
the Wednesday start date will incur a $125 fee.
CISR Program: Cancellations/Transfers
received within seven (7) calendar days of a CISR program's
start date will
incur a $25 fee. Cancellations/Transfers received after 12 p.m. noon the day prior to
class
start date will incur a $50 fee.
General CE and Education Expo: Cancellations/Tranfers received after 12 p.m. noon the day prior to
class start date
will incur a $25 fee.
